1. Refund window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
For subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or within 14 days of the latest renewal date.
2. How refunds are handled
All refunds are processed by PayPro Global as our payment partner and are handled in accordance with their refund policy.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
3. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
